• Your account, an order or a delivery — include your order number if you have one.
• Privacy and your data — access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data. Same address.
• Clinics and partners — if you run a clinic and would like to work with us.
• Something that looks wrong — a fault, a price that does not look right, content that should not be there.

Please note

Do not send medical information by email. If you are a client of a partner clinic, questions about your skin belong in the specialist conversation inside the app, where the person answering can see your profile and where the message is kept with your record.
